2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of misuse or security concerns.
3. Licence & Content
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own study purposes. You must not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or otherwise misuse any content on the site.
4. Premium Access & Payments
Premium features become available after completing payment through Stripe. Prices and access duration will be displayed during checkout.
5. Refunds & Guarantees
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@australiancitizenshiptest.com.au from your registered email with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times may take 5–10 business days.
We may refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests). This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. No Affiliation
We are not affiliated with the Australian Government or the official citizenship test.
Our practice materials are based on the publicly available Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond guide and created independently for study assistance. You should always refer to the official study guide for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Use of the Service does not guarantee passing the official test.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not engage in:
Illegal or harmful activities
Harassment or attempts to compromise security
Automated scraping, bulk access, or reverse engineering
Sharing paid content, login credentials, or account access
8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer & Australian Consumer Law
The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded and liability is limited to the amount you paid during the past 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
